Steven Macklin Mills

Mr. Mills divides his time between business transactions and commercial litigation with an emphasis on environmental and regulatory law. Mr. Mills' practice primarily involves the representation of clients in real estate, financial, and commercial transactions with particular emphasis on environmental matters. His practice includes transactional matters, as well as civil litigation in both administrative actions and state and federal court. Mr. Mills is the author of numerous articles in professional and trade publications and makes regular presentations to trade groups.

Scott Robert Hoopes

Mr. Hoopes represents clients from across the United States and in many countries around the world. Mr. Hoopes’ practice areas primarily focus on Sports and Entertainment Law and Litigation, Business and Corporate Law and Litigation, Health care Law and Litigation, Franchise Law and Litigation, as well as transactional work involving those practice areas. Mr. Hoopes represents some of the biggest names in professional sports and the music industry and is a fierce litigator and protector of his clients’ interests, careers, and business dealings. Mr. Hoopes, through a network of selected attorneys all over the country, litigates and transacts business on behalf of his clients in multiple states and jurisdictions.

Mr. Walls practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, civil and commercial litigation, collections, landlord/tenant law, and appeals. In addition, Mr. Walls represents clients charged with criminal offenses, DUIs, traffic offenses, misdemeanor and felony charges. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Walls served as staff attorney to the Honorable Philip C. Smith, Chief Judge for the State Court of Forsyth County. Mr. Walls joined the firm in 2006.

Eckhart Blackert

Eckhart Blackert

Mr. Blackert practices primarily in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, and business and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Mr. Blackert worked as an associate attorney for law firms in Atlanta and Lawrenceville, handling varied and wide-ranging legal matters in the areas of real estate, personal injury, bankruptcy, family law, and civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Blackert is also fluent in German.

Justyn Alioto

Justyn Alioto

Mr. Alioto represents clients throughout the United States, litigating in both state and federal courts. His practice primarily involves civil and commercial litigation, including the areas of personal injury, business/corporate law, landlord/tenant law, family law, and bankruptcy. Mr. Alioto also conducts transactional work involving many of these practice areas, including the preparation of wills and powers of attorney.
